Paper Format

IEEE Paper Format Guidelines

Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the standard IEEE conference template format. The following key guidelines describe the formatting requirements for preparing your paper:

• Document Layout: Double-column format on standard A4 paper size, with margins set to Top: 19mm, Bottom: 43mm, Left: 19mm, and Right: 19mm.
• Typography: The primary font should be Times New Roman throughout the entire document.
• Font Sizes: Title should be 24pt (Regular), Authors block 10pt, Abstract and Body text 10pt, Section Headings 10pt (Capitalized, Roman numerals), Sub-headings 10pt (Italics), and References 8pt.
• Abstract: A concise single-paragraph summary of the work, not exceeding 250 words, positioned at the start of the paper.
• References: Standard IEEE numeric citation format (e.g. [1], [2]) ordered chronologically by appearance.
